กินก๋วยเตี๋ยวจ้า Noodles

คนล่ะจาน อิ่มจนพุงโต ป้าโอ้ทจัดไปสองจาน...

Easy dishes  for us today (July 28,2014)

ส่วนผสมตามใจป้าโอ้ท กะปริมาณตามชอบ

Ingredient by estimate 

1. ถั่วลันเตา (ป้าโอ้ทใช้ฝักโตน่าจะเรียกว่าถั่วแขก) Snow pea

2. พริกหยวกนิด Bell pepper 

*ป้าโอ้ทไปตลาดนึกว่ามีแครอทที่บ้านไม่ได้ซื้อมา ปรากฎว่าไม่มี ใส่พริกหยวกแทนให้มีสีสัน

I went to farmer market and did not get carrot because I thought there were some in my refrigerator but when I got home NONE! so I added red bell pepper instead for create color on the dishes

3. เห็ดนางฟ้า  angle mushroom

4. พริกขี้หนู กระเทียม ตำ  Pounded chili and garlic

5. เครื่องปรุงได้แก่ น้ำตาลทราย น้ำมันหอย ซีอิ้วขาว เกลือ seasoning : sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt

6. น้ำนิดหน่อย a little of water

7. เนื้อสัตว์ตามชอบ(หมู) Meat as you like (pork)

8. น้ำมันนิดหน่อย cooking oil

ลงมือ  Cooked

1. ผัดพริกกระเทียมตำ  saute pounded chill and garlic

2. ใส่หมู ผัดจนสุก  added slices meat (pork)

3. ปรุงรสด้วยเครื่องปรุงทั้งหมด ผัดจนสุก เข้ากัน ชิมตามชอบ seasoning and taste, continue cooking until meat cooked well

4. ใส่ผักที่หั่นไว้ทั้งหมด ผัดจนเข้ากันไม่ต้องให้ผักเละ  added all vegetable

5. ตักราดบนเส้นก๋วยเตี๋ยว take stir fried on top of the noodles

ปล. เส้นก๋วยเตี๋ยว ตั้งน้ำร้อนใส่เส้นลงไปลวกให้นิ่ม แล้วตักใส่จาน

* soft noodles by soak in hot water and take out in the dish

ปีกไก่สะเต๊ะ Chicken wings satay

อร่อยด้วยผงปรุงโลโบ้สะเต๊ะเสียบไม้ แต่ป้าโอ้ทใช้ปีกไก่ ลองทำดู ทำตามวิธีข้างซอง ป้าโอ้ทไม่มีกะทิใส่นมสดแทน ส่วนอาจาดป้าโอ้ทไม่ทำน้ำหวานราดเพราะไม่อยากกินรสหวาน สรุปว่า อร่อยก๊าบบบบบบบบบ Easy cooking by LOBO seasoning. The ingredient mixed sliced pork or chicken but I mixed whole wings. The recipe' use coconut milk but I do not have today so I used milk instead. I also did not made sweet sauce but vegetable because I do not like to have sweet today. Conclusion of my adaptation menu was "GOOD". The package has both Thai and English.

8 กรกฎาคม 2557...วันนี้นั่งเรือพัดลมอีกแต่ไม่ติด ไม่ต้องลุยโคลน ^_^ จากนั้นต่อด้วยนั่งรถยกสูงลุยน้ำ ล้อโตบะเริ่ม แต่น้ำแห้ง ไกด์บอกต้องฤดูหนาวน้ำจะขึ้นสูง



July 8, 2014...Our activities today in the afternoon was airboat and buggy tour.



We left the hotel to Miami airport at 7am. Our friend went back to Mississippi. It took about two hours from Naples to Miami airport. After that , we came back to the  hotel and rest for a bit before went out for our activities.

7 กรกฎาคม 2557...ป้าโอ้ทไม่ได้หาข้อมูล เข้าใจว่า เป็นสิงห์โตทะเล นึกได้ตอนคุยกับมิสเตอร์ สิงห์โตทะเลภาษาอังกฤษคือ ซีไลออน Sea lion อ้าวแล้วเจ้านี้อะไรล่ะ ? ฮ่าฮ่า ที่แท้เพื่อนซื้ป้าโอ้ทนี่เอง ^_^



July 7, 2014...It was excited to see real Manatees. I did not realize how big they are until I saw them. It was a great experience to see them in nature. We must be patience, waited for them to come up above water.

Naples Pier Florida

7 กค 57...เย็นนี้มิสเตอร์เสนอสถานที่ กิจกรรมตอนเย็นสามอย่าง คือ ดูหนัง เดินริมหาดในสวนสาธารณะ หรือนวด เสียงส่วนใหญ่ไปดูหนัง แต่มีรอบดึกเกินไป จะไปเดินริมหาดไปไม่ทันเวลาปิด ไม่อยากไปนวด มิสเตอร์เช็คที่ใหม่ ไปดูพระอาทิตย์ตกที่สะพานปลากันดีกว่า



Jan 7, 2014...We had three choices for this evening ;

1. walk to the beach at Tiger tail beach state park

2. watch the movie

3. massage



We eliminated massage then movie was our first choice but the time for the movie was too late because we must get up early tomorrow and take our friend to the airport. The last choice was walk to the beach but it was only 30 minutes until the park closed and it took about 25 minutes to get there. Finally, we looked for other choice and decided to go see sun set at Naples Pier. We got there after sunset but we saw dolphins in the water. Everyone was happy back to the hotel.
