Sausage patty basil stir fry with noodles and shumai

This menu cooks as I want to eat. It was really tasty just for me, I guess. I served my husband but he said, " I don't know how is this dish but it is OK somewhere". ^_^ Funny!

Ingredients (amount as taste)

sausage patty ( any meat)
angle mushroom (any mushroom)
onion
green chilli
basil leaves
shumai
sesame oil (cooking oil)
cellophane noodles (any noodles)
garlic
sugar
soy sauce
cooking wine
oyster sauce

Prepare

clean all veggies
slices onion
chop green chilli
take apart mushroom
slices garlic
take basil leaves off

Cook

- Instant noodles boiled until soft and drain
- Boiled shumai  but do not let them  in hot water too long after done because they will not hold on meat stuff. Take cooked shumai out of hot water.

- Heat sesame oil in a pan
- Add garlic, onion and green chilli stir
- Add sausage patty stir and cook until meat brown
- Add mushroom
- Add seasoning
- Continue cooking a little and taste
- Add basil leaves and turn off stove

Stuff squid soup with bitter melon

This is a high calories menu  but tasty and it is one of my fovorites. I cook once in awhile.

Ingredients (amount as you prefer and tasted)

- Whole squid - I got a pack from farmer market. You can also find at asian store.
- sasauge patty-raw
- soup cube or no need  or stock(any flavor)
- bitter melon
- water

Prepare

- cut bitter melon about half inch pieces or you can cut smaller/bigger as you like and soak in salt water at least 30 minutes to make less bitter
- take sasauge patty stuff in clean squid ( clean squid with water before stuff them) do not stuff too much because when cook the stuff will explore

Cook

I add all ingredients in the pot at once and boil them until cook. How long depends on how soft of bitter lemon you like.

Eat with rice or without. I added rice in a soup bowl.

We went first time on 2012 and this was second. I did not take many photos but I recorded  a video.  The art galleries there open as well. I took someone's house on our way walked back to the car because I like the brick house. ^_^
