Why we chose Florida?

บะหมี่ซี่โครงหมูซอสเทอริยากิ Instant noodle and Ribs with Teriyaki sauce

 เมนูง่ายสำหรับคนไม่ชอบทำอาหาร อย่างป้าโอ้ท 😜

ทำหม้อใหญ่ทั้งต้มซี่โครงและบะหมี่ แต่ใส่จานกินทีละนิด เติมหลายรอบ 🤣

Simple menu and easy to cook for me as I do not like cooking.  

I cooked in a big amount but eat a little as presented in the pictures, however , I filled two more.

Ingredients

-  instant noodles any flavor which use only noodle no need seasoning packs . I used 2 packs instant noodle that enough for 2 of us

- pork ribs , I used only one big pieces and slide in pieces by each bone. I bought a pack with two big ribs

- a bit of salt

- water

- teriyaki sauce

- mushrooms 6-8 up to you

- cilantro more or less estimate as you want

- eggs, I used 2

- soy sauce

- cooking oil any kind

cook ribs

- boil ribs, add a bit of salt ( medium heat for 2-3 hours, check if the meat tender)

- take cooked ribs into the pan and add teriyaki sauce enough for leaving little juice in the pan and mix well with the ribs, heat 

- slide/cut mushrooms and add in the soup from boiling ribs, heat until cook

cook noodles

- boil instant noodle until soft and drain

- add cooking oil in the pot/pan

- add eggs in the pan, stir until cook

- add soft noodle and mix well

- add chopped cilantro, cooked mushrooms and little soy sauce, mix well and turn the heat off

put everything in a dish and eat 😁
