One and half our at Monterey Bay Aquarium. I like a giant octopus the most and the second was jelly fish. There are many kinds of jelly fish here which I have never seen in any aquarium I went.

29 ธันวาคม 2557 เช้านี้ลมพัดเย็นเฉียบเลย ทัวร์พาแวะหาดเป็ปเปิ้ลแป๊บนึง ทะเลมีคลื่นน้ำน่าเล่นมาก แต่ไม่ไหวแน่ๆถ้าลงไปเล่นเพราะาหนาว บรื๋อ เลยจากหาดไปแวะที่กอล์ฟคลับ และมุ่งหน้าสู่ลาสเวกัส

The tour stopped at Pepples beach for 15 minutes. The beach was nice with wave but it was windy day. The next stopped was Golf Club and then we headed to Vegas.

ป้าโอ้ทอยู่ที่สะพานโกลเด้นเกท ซานฟรานซิสโก At Golden Gate Bridge , SanFrancisco
27 ธันวาคม 2557 ...ตอนนี้ป้าโอ้ทได้มาเหยียบสะพานโกลเด้นท์เกทแล้วนะ แต่เดินแค่ครึ่งสะพานเพราะจะค่ำแล้ว นั่งแท๊กซี่กันมาต้องหาทางกลับโรงแรมที่ประหยัดกว่าเพราะแท็กซี่แพงจริงๆ
วันนี้ป้าโอ้ทกะมิสเตอร์ไม่ได้ไปร่วมทัวร์เพราะมิสเตอร์ไม่สบายนอนซมที่โรงแรม ป้าโอ้ทอยู่เป็นเพื่อน ตอนบ่ายมิสเตอร์ลุกไหวพาป้าโอ้ทไปสะพานโกลเด้นเกท ป้าโอ้ทคิดว่ามิสเตอร์จะเวียนหัวขับรถไม่ได้ ลืมนึกว่าป้าโอ้ทขับได้ เลยไม่ได้ติดต่อรถเช่าของโรงแรม แต่นั่งแท๊กซี่กันไป ค่าแท๊กซี่แพงมาก ระยะทางหนึ่งชั่วโมงมิเตอร์ชาร์จไปซะ 175 ดอลล่าร์
มิสเตอร์พาป้าโอ้ทเดินบนสะพานได้ครึ่งทางต้องเดินกลับเพราะต้องหาทางกลับโรงแรม ใกล้ค่ำแล้ว มิสเตอร์เข้าไปถามเจ้าหน้าที่ตรงจุดนักท่องเที่ยวที่สะพาน ได้เบอร์มาโทรติดต่อไป ยืนรอกันนานพอสมควร มีรถเมล์มาจอดหลายคัน ป้าโอ้ทให้มิสเตอร์ถามคนขับว่าผ่านจุดรถไฟไหม แต่คันที่ถามไม่ผ่านต้องรอคันต่อไป แท๊กซี่ที่โทรไปก็ไม่มาสักที แท๊กซี่มาจอดหลายคันมิสเตอร์ไม่ยอมขึ้นอีกเพราะคันที่โทรมาจะเสียเวลาเขา สุดท้ายรอนานมาก แท๊กซี่มาแล้วสองคนไม่รีรอจั้มพรวด มิสเตอร์บอก "คันนี้จากบริษัทที่โทรไปเหมือนกัน" คงรู้สึกผิด สุดท้ายเราสองคนต่อรถไฟสำเร็จ แต่เพราะครั้งแรก เรานั่งผิดสาย จะมีสายสีเหลือง สีฟ้า สีเขียว เหมือนบีทีเอสที่บ้านเรานั่นละ กว่าจะดูเข้าใจว่าเราจะต้องต่อสายไหน เราก็เปลียนขบวนกันสามรอบ สนุกดีนะ ตั้งแต่ซื้อตั๋วแล้ว ป้าโอ้ทยืนดูคนก่อนหน้า ตั๋วต้องกดราคาเพิ่มลดเอง แต่ปัญหาคือปุ่มไม่มีบอกไว้ว่าปุ่มไหนเพิ่ม หรือ ลด ดูจากคนก่อนหน้าทำให้รู้ ป้าโอ้ทถามมิสเตอร์ว่ารู้ได้ยังไง มิสเตอร์ตอบเหมือนป้าโอ้ทเลย "ไอดูคนก่อนหน้าเหมือนกัน" เอาล่ะเมื่อถืงปลายทาง เราต่อแท๊กซี่กันไปอีกนิดถึงโรงแรม ค่าเสียหายขากลับจ่ายไปประมาณ 50 ดอลล่าร์ ขาไปมิสเตอร์ชวนป้าโอ้ทนั่งรถไฟแต่ป้าโอ้ทกลัวมิสเตอร์เป็นลม เลยเสียแพงซะเลยเน่อะ

Dec 27, 2014 ... We were on the Golden Gate Bridge and walk half way. We were there late in the afternoon by a taxi which cost too much from the hotel. It was an hour drive but traffic was bad. Mister was sick then we skipped to join the tour for today. He was getting better in the afternoon then took me to the bridge.
We took a taxi to the train station and took a taxi to the hotel on our way back. It was fun and good experience first time travel by train in SanFrancisco. We did not know how to add amount for train ticket because there were no label telling but we looked at other people. It was easy just press the button up and down but it will be easier and notice if there were label telling. Well, that made me have story to tell you here.

ระหว่างทางจากแอลเอไปซานฟรานซิสโก Along the way LA to SanFrancisco
25 ธันวาคม 2557 ... ทัวร์มารับเราเจ็ดโมงเช้า เดินทางไปซานฟรานซิสโก แวะระหว่างทาง สอง สาม ที่
ที่แรกริมทะเลซานต้าบาบาร่า ลมพัดเย็นมาก มิสเตอร์เรียกหาเสื้อแจ๊คเก็ต แต่หยิบไม่ได้เพราะกระเป๋าอยู่ใต้ท้องรถ จากนั้นแวะหม่ำกลางวันกันที่หมู่บ้านยุโรป (ป้าโอ้ทจำชื่อไม่ได้) ปรากฎว่าร้านปิดหมดทุกร้าน มีร้านอาหารเปิดอยู่ร้านเดียวร้านไวกิ้ง ทำให้เกิดการชุลมุน โต๊ะไม่พอกับนักท่องเที่ยวเพราะนอกจากบริษัททัวร์ของเราห้าคัน ยังมีบริษัทอื่นอีก กว่าจะได้ที่นั่ง กว่าจะได้สั่ง จากนี้แวะจุดพักเข้าสุขาแป๊บเดียว วิวภูเขาสวยเชียว แวะวนรอบบริษัทแอบเปิ้ล วนรอบจริงๆนะ เห็นแต่ประตูทุกตึก ไม่เห็นสตี๊ปจ๊อบนะ ^_^ วิ่งกันป่าราบแน่ มุ่งหน้าปลายทางปิดท้ายด้วยบุฟเฟ่ต์จีนก่อนเข้าพักโรงแรม พักผ่อนเพื่อกิจกรรมพรุ่งนี้จ้า
ขอเม้าท์ต่อนิด ป้าโอ้ทซักผ้าเครื่องหยอดเหรียญในโรงแรม เสร็จเรียบร้อยปรากฎว่าเครื่องปั่นแห้งเจ้งบ้ง มีสองเครื่องแต่แปะป้ายว่าเจ้งเครื่องเดียว เอาเข้าจริงเจ้งสองเครื่องเลย เจ้าหน้าที่มาดูแต่ซ่อมไม่ได้ บทสรุปคือเอาไม้แขวนมาให้ ป้าโอ้ทต้องแขวนผ้าที่เปียกหมาดๆ ในห้อง หวังจะไปปั่นที่โรงแรมพรุ่งนี้ แต่โรงแรมไม่มีเครื่องสำหรับลูกค้า มีแต่รับไปซักให้ ตามป้าโอ้ทมาค่ะ
Dec 25,2014... The tour picked up us at the hotel at 7am. Most of tourist were Chinese so the guide spoke both English and Chinese along. The first stopped was the beach in Santa Barbara. The wind was cold that made Mister sick in the evening because he wore short. We stopped for lunch at European style town which I did not remember the name. Only one restaurant "Vikings" was open so that was busy period. We had hard time to get the table because not just five buses from our tour company but other tours along at the same time. Eventually, we got the table and food. One more stopped for bathroom where the view was nice. We drove around "Apple company buildings" just see the doors. Luckily we did not see "Steve Job" , LOL .We had Chinese buffet at the big mall before check in the hotel, get rest for tomorrow.
Last thing, I did laundry at the guest room but the dryer were out of order. There was one sign on only one machine but it end up both dryer did not work. The hotel staff checked for us but he could not fix so end up that we hung our clothes in the room for two nights. I thought about dry them at the next hotel but they were not provide guest laundry.

ป้าโอ้ทเดินบนถนนสายคนดังที่ฮลลีวู้ด Walk of Fame Dec 23 2014
23 ธันวาคม 2557 ... เราอยู่กันที่ฮอลีวู้ด มาเดินถนนสายคนดังกัน เหยียบดาวล้านดวง(ป้าโอ้ทเว่อร์) จากนั้นซื้อทัวร์รอบเมือง ไปดูรั้วบ้านดารา และ ขึ้นไปถ่ายป้ายฮอลีวู้ด ตามป้าโอ้ทมานะคะ
Dec 23, 2014... We were walk along the star at "Walk of Fame" hollywood and also took a city tour. The tour via a pick up truck with seats in the back which carried passenger along. We stopped at the view point to see the city and took photos with "Hollywood sign" behind. Before end the city tour, we saw celebrity houses and saw few celebrity at intersection which people were yelling. I had no idea who they were.

24 ธันวาคม 2557...ป้าโอ้ทตื่นตาเมื่อได้เข้าเมือง วันนี้เที่ยวสตูดิโอหนังกันนะ ยูนิเวอร์ซอลสตูดิโอ ป้าโอ้ทไม่ค่อยเข้ากล้องไม่ใช่ไม่อยากออกสื่อนะคะ แต่เพราะหน้าที่ตากล้องเลย อดเสนอหน้า ^_^
หลังจากสนุกสนานกันแล้วเวลาของเราวันนี้ก็หมดลง ต้องเติมพุงกันให้อิ่มก่อนและเดินทางกันต่อไป เอารถเช่าไปคืนที่สนามบินและรอบริษัททัวร์มารับไปส่งที่โรงแรม เริ่มต้นทัวร์กันคืนนี้ด้วยการเข้าพักโรงแรมตามกำหนดการณ์ของทัวร์ ติดตามกันต่อไปนะคะว่าเราไปไหนกันอีกบ้าง

I was excited and really enjoyed in there especially on mummy ride which Bim and I did not know it was speed ride in the dark. Well, if Mister told us earlier Bim would not play because she scares of it. Mister and I also played "Jurasic tour" in the water. It was smooth along the way until the last before end was super speed down hill. AWW!
We finished our fun in "Universal Studio" before dark, ate and headed to LAX airport, return car rental and waited for tour company. We started with the tour tonight just check in hotel and get ready for tomorrow. If you want to know more about our trip please follow my next blog.

ก๋วยเตี๋ยวห้อยขา Thai Hoy Ka noodle

วันนี้แผนของเราคือไปชุมชนไทยในแอลเอ แต่ก่อนอื่นตามโบราณว่าไว้ "กองทัพเดินด้วยท้อง" ตามมติเราเลือกไปร้านอาหารไทยก๋วยเตี๋ยวห้อยขา ไปถึงร้านประมาณ 9.30น ก่อนร้านเปิดครึ่งชั่วโมง ปัญหาคือไม่มีที่จอดเพราะวันนี้เป็นวันห้ามจอดริมทาง เราวนกันอยู่สามรอบมีลานจอดของบริษัทฯละแวกนั้นซึ่งถ้าเข้าไปจอดไม่มีสติ๊กเกอร์อนุญาตได้โดนลากไปแน่ๆ มิสเตอร์เดินลงไปลานหลังร้านมีป้ายจอดเฉพาะร้านด้านข้าง แต่ป้าโอ้ทคิดว่าจอดได้นะ มิสเตอร์ไม่อยากมีปัญหาจอดผิดที่ไม่จอดดีกว่า สักพักวนกลับมามีป้ายจอดร้านก๋วยเตี๋ยวหลังร้านพอดี จอดตรงนี้ล่ะแล้วเพื่อน ดร. ของเราลงไปเดินดูด้านหน้าว่ามีลานจอดสาธารณะไหม กลับมาไม่มีจ้า แต่ไม่ละความพยายาม แต่ในขณะนั้นเราตกลงใจว่าจะเปลียนร้านแล้ว ก่อนจะเคลื่อนย้ายทัพ ดร.เดินดุ่มเคาะประตูหลังร้านแต่ไม่มีเสียงตอบรับ ข้างกัน คาดว่าน่าจะร้านเดียวกัน ดร. ไม่รีรอ ก้าวฉับเข้าประตูนั้นทันใด ร้านเดียวกันจริงๆ พนักงานออกมาดูที่จอดรถไม่มีปัญหา และเปิดประตูให้เข้าไปนั่งรอ เราเข้าใจว่าจะเปิดประตูหน้าพากันเดินไปด้านหน้า แต่ทางร้านเปิดประตูหลังต่างหาก เราเดินอ้อมกลับมาด้านหลัง เข้าไปนั่งพร้อมสั่งพร้อมหม่ำ ในขณะเดียวกันถึงเวลาร้านเปิดพอดี ด้วยความหิว และ มาไกล ประกอบกับแถวบ้านเราไม่มีอาหารไทยกินง่าย ป้าโอ้ทเองทำไม่เก่งด้วย ดร.จัดการสั่งเต็มที่ แต่ยั้งไว้บ้างแล้วนะ...

We started our day with Thai food at " Thai Hoy Ka noodle". We were there 30 minutes before the restaurant open and could not find parking. I walked to the restaurant front door , if someone in side but nobody. We parked at a private parking near by and checked for the permit sign if anywhere for the restaurant. Finally, we decided to park in the back of the restaurant. A friend of us jump out of the car and knocked the back door of the restaurant but no respond from inside. She walked to the next door which wide open which we guessed it was the other door of the Thai restaurant. She succeeded because we could get in now.
วันนี้แผนของเราคือไปชุมชนไทยในแอลเอ แต่ก่อนอื่นตามโบราณว่าไว้ "กองทัพเดินด้วยท้อง" ตามมติเราเลือกไปร้านอาหารไทยก๋วยเตี๋ยวห้อยขา ไปถึงร้านประมาณ 9.30น ก่อนร้านเปิดครึ่งชั่วโมง ปัญหาคือไม่มีที่จอดเพราะวันนี้เป็นวันห้ามจอดริมทาง เราวนกันอยู่สามรอบมีลานจอดของบริษัทฯละแวกนั้นซึ่งถ้าเข้าไปจอดไม่มีสติ๊กเกอร์อนุญาตได้โดนลากไปแน่ๆ มิสเตอร์เดินลงไปลานหลังร้านมีป้ายจอดเฉพาะร้านด้านข้าง แต่ป้าโอ้ทคิดว่าจอดได้นะ มิสเตอร์ไม่อยากมีปัญหาจอดผิดที่ไม่จอดดีกว่า สักพักวนกลับมามีป้ายจอดร้านก๋วยเตี๋ยวหลังร้านพอดี จอดตรงนี้ล่ะแล้วเพื่อน ดร. ของเราลงไปเดินดูด้านหน้าว่ามีลานจอดสาธารณะไหม กลับมาไม่มีจ้า แต่ไม่ละความพยายาม แต่ในขณะนั้นเราตกลงใจว่าจะเปลียนร้านแล้ว ก่อนจะเคลื่อนย้ายทัพ ดร.เดินดุ่มเคาะประตูหลังร้านแต่ไม่มีเสียงตอบรับ ข้างกัน คาดว่าน่าจะร้านเดียวกัน ดร. ไม่รีรอ ก้าวฉับเข้าประตูนั้นทันใด ร้านเดียวกันจริงๆ พนักงานออกมาดูที่จอดรถไม่มีปัญหา และเปิดประตูให้เข้าไปนั่งรอ เราเข้าใจว่าจะเปิดประตูหน้าพากันเดินไปด้านหน้า แต่ทางร้านเปิดประตูหลังต่างหาก เราเดินอ้อมกลับมาด้านหลัง เข้าไปนั่งพร้อมสั่งพร้อมหม่ำ ในขณะเดียวกันถึงเวลาร้านเปิดพอดี ด้วยความหิว และ มาไกล ประกอบกับแถวบ้านเราไม่มีอาหารไทยกินง่าย ป้าโอ้ทเองทำไม่เก่งด้วย ดร.จัดการสั่งเต็มที่ แต่ยั้งไว้บ้างแล้วนะ...

วันนี้เราสองคนเดินทางไปเที่ยวแคลิฟอเนียเพื่อร่วมทั่วร์กับบิ๋ม
โดยปกติเราสองคนไปร่วมคริสมาสต์ที่บ้านแม่ย่า นอร์ทดาโกต้าแต่ปีนี้เราไม่ได้ไป ป้าโอ้ทคุยกับบิ๋มบ่อย บิ๋มเล่าว่าวางแผนซื้อทัวร์ไปแกรนด์แคนยอน ป้าโอ้ทเล่าให้มิสเตอร์์ฟัง มิสเตอร์บอกงั้นเราไปเจอบิ๋มที่นั่นดีไหมล่ะ นี่เองคือที่มาของทริปนี้
เราเดินทางกันเที่ยวบินเช้าจากฟิลาเดียเฟียสองชั่วโมงครึ่งโดยประมาณ ถึงมินิโซต้า ต่อไปลอสแองเจอลีส(แอลเอ)อีกประมาณสามชั่วโมงครึึ่ง เวลาต่างจากเดลาแวร์สามชั่วโมง(ช้ากว่านะ) เมื่อไปถึงรับกระเป๋าและนั่งรถชัตเตอร์บัสไปจุดรถเช่า รอบิ๋มกับเพื่อนมาถึงหลังเราหนึ่งชั่วโมง จากนั้นตรงดิ่งไปโรงแรม และออกไปหาของอร่อยเติมพุง และเดินย่อยเล็กน้อยก่อนกลับเข้าที่พัก

Our winter trip start today. Bim bought a tour to LA and Grand Canyon so we skip Christmas in North Dakota and join her. Our flight was 8.20am which took about 2 and half hour to Minnesota and then connect to LAX about 3 and half hours more. Bim got to the airport after us about an hour. We rent the car and drove to the hotel. About this airport, we must go with car rental company shuttle to get the car because they are not in the same building. After check in the hotel, we went for supper and walk around a bit before headed back to the hotel, rest for tomorrow journey.
