Tom Yum Kha mooh (pork hocked spicy soup)
My ingredient does not fix how much to put in the pot just what I want and also does not have curtain time for how long does it cook. I decided by my eyes so you can do the same and taste it as you like. This spicy main taste are sour and hot.
Ingredient : Rib, mushroom, lemongrass,fresh chilli (green or red), young galangal, lime, kaffir lime leaf (if can not find it is OK),fish sauce, sugar and water
Cook :
@ Cut rib into bite-size pieces, slice mushroom
@ Cut lemongrass into 2 inches and beat, beat chillies to flat little bit, slice young galangal and cut half kaffir leaves
@ Boil water with little fish sauce ,little sugar ,lemongrass and young galangal using medium heat.Add the rib and continue bliling until the rib is tender, add mushrooms , kaffir leaves
@ Season with sugar, lime juice, fish sauce and chillies, then turn off the heat
