ป้าโอ้ทชอบจังญาติคนหนึ่งบอกว่า"มองการไกล" ไม่ใช่แก่ หลังจากที่ป้าโอ้ทเล่าว่ามองตัวหนังสือในระยะที่เคยเห็นปกติพล่า มัวแล้วล่ะ ต้องขยับห่างๆ ป้าโอ้ทสายตายาว
ป้าโอ้ทไม่เคยใส่แว่นสายตาเลยนะ ไม่อยากจะโม้ เป็นคนสายตาปกติ จนกระทั่งเมื่อต้นเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2556 เริ่มมองตัวหนังสือในระยะที่เคยเห็นไม่ชัด ไม่รับความจริงน่ะ (ก็อาการสายตายาวเกิดขึ้นในช่วงอายุผู้สูงวัยตามที่ป้ารู้มาเนิ่นนาน) จังหวะป้าโอ้ทกลับไทยกลางเดือนพฤศจิกายนพอดี ไปตัดแว่นราคาไม่แพงซะเลย แต่พ่อป้าโอ้ทบอกไม่ต้องเสียเงินตัดแพง มาๆจะพาไปซื้อ
แผงแว่นตาที่โลตัสสาขาใกล้บ้าน อยากได้ระยะเท่าไรเลือกได้ เป็นครั้งแรกของป้าโอ้ทที่ต้องซื้อแว่นสายตา ไม่รู้ว่าต้องอย่างไร แบบไหน ได้คำแนะนำจากคุณป๋า ผู้มีประสบการณ์ให้ลองสวม ที่แว่นจะสติกเกอร์น้อยบอกระยะไว้ ลองสวมดูระยะไหนเห็นชัดนั่นล่ะใช่ ป้าโอ้ทลองสวมระยะที่ยาวมาก มองไม่เห็นอะไรเลยมั่วสนิท เพิ่งเริ่มต้นแค่นิดเดียวเท่านั้น +50 และ เอามาเผื่ออีกหนึ่งอัน +75 เพราะคุณป๋าบอกว่านานไปจะยิ่งมองไกล ป้าโอ้ทหยิบ +120 มาสวมแล้วมอง โอโห มึน มองไม่เห็นอะไรเลยประหนึ่งมีหมอกอยู่เบื้องหน้า
มิสเตอร์บอกว่า "ยูเหมือนแม่ยูเลย" แล้วหัวเราะ
ตั้งแต่มีแว่นใส่ สามครั้ง เพราะยังไม่คุ้น วันหนึ่งป้าโอ้ทกับมิสเตอร์ไปร้านอาหาร ป้าโอ้ทไม่ได้พกแว่นไปด้วยเพราะยังไม่คุ้นเคย ปรากฎว่า มองเมนูไม่รู้เรื่อง จากระยะที่นั่ง กับ โต๊ะ เคยมองเห็นสบายๆ ป้าโอ้ทต้องขยับเมนูออกไกลขึ้น และหน้าคอมฯ ป้าโอ้ทไม่ใส่แว่นเลย อาจทำให้สายตายิ่งแย่ไปใหญ่(หรือเปล่าไม่รู้) วันนี้ป้าโอ้ทเอาแว่นมาสวมรู้สึกตัวหนังสือขยาย และชัดขึ้น แต่ก็ยังไม่คุ้น ขยับเข้า ขยับออกอยู่นั่น รู้สึกและ เห็นได้ชัดเจนว่าสวมแว่นมองเห็นชัดกว่าไม่สวม ฉะนั้น ต้องสวมให้คุ้น แต่คงไม่สวมตลอดเวลาก็ได้เน่อะ เพราะป้าเห็นผู้สูงวัยกว่าป้าหลายคนเขาสวมเฉพาะเมื่ออ่านหนังสือ

Happy New Year . For Chinese circle , this year is Horse.
I start my first blog with my new glasses story. I have long sight that I noticed early in November last year. I could not see the letters well in regular distance I used too but I did not accept that because of my eyes yet. Why?
I have known that when people getting old their eyes change to long sight then I am not that old...that was my thought.
We were going back to Thailand in the middle of November so I planned to get myself glasses there because the cost was cheaper. My dad told me that I do not need to see the doctor and took me to the vendor in the Mall around his house. It cost only 50 Baht a pair which was about 2 dollars. I have never thought that I need to wear any eye glasses. I had good eye sight. This is my first, so I have no idea how to get the right one. My dad who has experiences for many years....LOL gave me adviced about how to choose. I wore few glasses and looked if see clear. I got two different distance which a tiny sticker telling the number on every glasses. I got +50 and +75 for in the future my eye sight changes longer.
Mister said" You look like your mom" and laugh.
Since I have them, I have worn them few time because I still feel strange. I sometimes wear them when use computer but today I think " I sit in front of the computer so much it will prevent my eye if I wear the glasses my eye sight may not change so fast" then I am wearing them right now.
I still feel uncomfortable and move them in and out many time. I notice that with glasses the letters are bigger and my vision clearer.
Once, at the restaurant I could not see the menu so well because I did not have glasses with me that was bad.
I think " it is no need to wear all the time because I have seen older people they wear when reading" that's all.
