Mooh wan-kem (Sweet-salty pork)
The taste with this dish depends on which you like best between sweet (wan) and salty (kem). You have to mixed slices pork and leave at least 30 mins for good taste.
Ingredient: Pork,Garlic,Pepper,fish sauce, sugar,black soy sauce, soy sauce,olive oil
Cook:
@ Heat olive oil in pan, add the pounded garlic and mixed pork until fragrant. Add black soy sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce and sugar. Turn heat to low and cover , stir sometimes until pork is tender.
