Tom kra dook mu ( Rib soup with herb)
Are you confusing with "Tom Yum Kha Mu ? They look similar because both are Rib soup but "Tom kra dook mu does not spicy" I bought " dry herb " (there are many herb in a pack) from Chinese store. It makes soup taste really good.
Ingredient: Rib, dry herb ,fish sauce, sugar and water
Cook:
@ Cut the rib into bite-size pieces
@ Boil water with fish sauce and sugar and dry herb, using medium heat. Add the Rib and continue boiling until the rib is tender ,then using low heat.
@ Season with fish sauce and sugar
