หิวๆๆ เปิดตู้เย็น หยิบโหลน้ำพริกที่ซื้อกลับมาจากไทย คว้าไข่ต้มมาปอกเปลือก ตักข้าวร้อนๆๆ ใส่จาน แค่นี้ก็สุขแล้ว ง่ายๆๆ แต่อร่อยที่สุด ชิวิตคนไกลบ้านอาหารจานโปรดคงไม่พ้น น้ำพริกๆๆ ใครทำกับข้าวเก่งก็สรรหาทำ ใครทำไม่เก่งก็ต้องอาศัย น้ำพริกโหล อย่างโอ้ทนี่ล่ะ วันดีคืนดีก็ลงมือทำน้ำพริกเองมั่วๆๆ ก็อร่อยดีเหมือนกัน
This dish was my favorite and easy. I always has at least a jar of chili paste which different from chili paste for make curry. The kind of chili paste ready to eat same as the one in these photos. I ate with boiled eggs and hot rice and also vegies...so good.
I believe every Thai who lives oversea like to eat chili paste and many people can cook by themselves but still many people can't. I just learned how to cook chili in oil which sweet call in Thai " Nam Prik Poa" but the easiest way for me just buy from Asian store. There are many difference flavor. In my photos is just one.
