ทำเค๊กครั้งแรก ตั้งแต่ร่อนแป้ง และผสมส่วนผสมทั้งหมด เซอร์ไพรส์วันครบรอบวันเกิดดารินปีนี้ สูตรที่ใช้ไม่แน่ใจว่าเจ้าของสูตรพิมพ์ตก หรือว่าเขาใช้พิมเล็กแต่ไม่ได้บอกในรายละเอียดโอ้ทใช้พิม 9 นิ้ว ในสูตรใช้แป้งเพียง 1/2 ถ้วย ซึ่งโอ้ทดูสูตรอื่นๆๆ อย่างน้อย 2 ถ้วย เค๊กออกมาบาง ทุกคนบอกเสียงเดียวกันว่า แพนเค๊ก ไม่ใช่เค๊ก แต่รสแยมราดหน้าอร่อยถูกใจทุกคน ไม่เป็นไรคราวหน้าแก้มือใหม่ แต่ไงรอบนี้ก็ไม่เหลือนะจะบอกหั้ย...อิอิ

It was my first time to bake a cake. It was Darin's birthday cake. The cake was very thin and I am not sure if followed the recipe wrong or if I didn't notice that the recipe used a very small pan. The recipe said 1/2 cup of flour but other recipes said 2 or 2 and 1/2 cups. By the way, everyone loved the jam on top. I will bake again sometime though.
